Projects
I like to experiment with AI tools and agentic coding. The following
are selected projects that I've created in my spare time.
The community map of Hermes Agent by Nous Research. It catalogues more than 200 open source tools, skills, plugins and integrations across 12 categories, built on live GitHub data that is quality filtered, security reviewed and curated weekly. Alongside the map it publishes curated lists, a handbook and a recurring state of the ecosystem report, and it ships an MCP server so any MCP client can query the catalogue directly.
A design layer for agent loops in Claude Code. Most tooling runs a loop; Looper helps you design one worth running first. It interviews you about the goal, critiques the design against built in rubrics, lets you put a second model in the reviewer or judge seat including non Claude models, previews the loop as a flow diagram, then writes out a portable spec with stop guards for iteration limits, stalled progress and budget caps.
About
Twenty years across technology and financial services, as a
consultant, operator, and investor.
For the past 5 years I've served as COO of Delphi Labs, a venture studio and
sister company to Delphi Ventures, where we incubate and accelerate
emerging tech startups. We've worked with 20+ projects since 2021 that
have gone on to collectively raise ~$100 million in investor funding.
I run the business operations and serve as a key advisor to our
portfolio.
Before Delphi I ran the Advisory & Professional Services for North
America at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a $100 million annual business
delivering IT transformation and modernization to Fortune 1000 and
government organizations. Before that I was COO at Tabrasa, a leading
SaaS provider to the mortgage industry, and Chief Transformation
Officer at Seterus, an IBM subsidiary with 2000+ employees.
Earlier in my career I was a partner at IBM Global Business Services
and consultant at McKinsey - full history lives on LinkedIn.
I have an MBA from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business and a
BS from North Carolina State University. I was a CFA charterholder for
more than 10 years but have gracefully allowed my membership to lapse.
Away from work I am a fitness enthusiast, certified sommelier and a
wine collector. I love to travel and have visited more than 50
countries, and I used to teach skiing in the mountains of Colorado.
